Please note, the Windsor Cay Resort Clubhouse does not accept mail, parcels, or deliveries of any kind due to limited space and security concerns. However, many rental companies will deliver directly to your home if arranged in advance.
Trash is collected daily (including holidays) starting at 7:00AM. Please place your trash in 13-gallon bags and put them in the bench-mate outside your front door or the rolling tote for collection. Any unbagged trash will not be collected.
We welcome your friends and family, but they must be pre-registered through the Symliv system. Please also note that each home has an occupancy limit set by fire code. Overcrowding is prohibited, and violators will be asked to leave.
We invite you to enjoy food delivery to your Windsor Cay home! If you order delivery, please notify security with the company details to help us keep everything running smoothly. Be sure your delivery driver has the address and their ID to get through the gate.

When staying at Windsor Cay Resort, what are the amenities?

Who can use the Fitness Center?
The Fitness Center is available for guests and members 16 years and older. Come work up a sweat and stay on track during your vacation!
Are there any activities or events for guests?
Definitely! We have fun activities for everyone, including tie-dying and scavenger hunts for kids, plus trivia challenges and cornhole tournaments for adults. There’s always something exciting around the corner!
Does the Resort have free internet access?
Yes! You can enjoy free internet access at the resort amenities. For internet access in your vacation home, please check with your property manager.
Can guests receive mail and/or packages on property?
While USPS does not deliver directly to Windsor Cay Resort (we don’t have mailboxes here!), you can easily receive packages through services like UPS and FedEx. No worries about your vacation essentials being delayed!
Are service pets allowed at the resort amenities?
Absolutely! Trained service animals are welcome throughout the resort amenities. We kindly ask that service animals remain under their handler's control at all times and not be left unattended. Please take service animals outside of the amenity areas for restroom breaks and clean up after them.
How far is the resort from the Disney attractions area?
You’re only about 25 minutes away from the magical Disney theme parks—perfect for a quick and easy trip to experience the magic!
How far is the resort from the Universal Orlando area?
It’s just a 40-minute drive to Universal Resort Orlando—where thrilling adventures await you!
Is there transportation to local attractions or airports?
Need a ride? There are plenty of options like ride-shares and local transportation to take you to nearby attractions, airports, or wherever you need to go.
Where can I find a supermarket nearby?
No need to worry about groceries! There’s a Publix Supermarket, Aldi, and several other markets nearby to stock up on all your vacation necessities. Our Sundry Shop inside the clubhouse has the basics available as well.

Are golf carts allowed at Windsor Cay?
Yes, golf carts are allowed! Just make sure they’re properly licensed, insured, and driven by a licensed driver. Don’t forget to park them in the driveway when you’re back at your vacation home.
Is RV parking available within the resort?
Unfortunately, RVs and trailers cannot park within Windsor Cay Resort. If you’re traveling with one, you’ll need to find parking outside the community.
Are there any age restriction for staying in the community?
There are no age restrictions for enjoying Windsor Cay Resort! However, please check with your property manager if there are any specific age restrictions for the vacation home you’re renting.
What safety measures are in place at this resort?
Your safety is our top priority! Windsor Cay Resort is a guard-gated community with a security guard onsite 24/7, plus a roving guard ensuring everything stays secure overnight.
